Fear of not wanting to make the same mistakes as the sinful people of the pre-flood era this new group takes working together, speaking as one, thinking as one to a whole new level which leads to Pride! God's only recourse is to scatter the people and mix up their language. When we seek the glory for ourselves, we deny God, we are disobedient to his ways. Humbling ourselves, being obedient and giving glory to God is how he wants us to live.
